The Arts Alliance is Northwestern University's student organization for the performing arts. The records of the Arts Alliance fill two boxes and include materials documenting five of its component organizations: Garden Party Productions, Orgy of the Arts, the Dolphin Show, the Gilbert and Sullivan Guild, and the Northwestern Dance Company. The Records of Northwestern University's Associated Student Government are contained in 31 boxes. The original collection spans the years 1969 to 1998; several additions extend the coverage to 2007. Abstract

This series includes student papers from undergraduate and graduate Astronomy courses offered over scattered years between 1962 and 1977. The courses included are A20 Highlights of Astronomy, C10 Advanced General Astronomy, C50 History of Astronomy, D16 Interstellar Medium, Galactic Structure and Galaxies, and D20 Seminar: Topics in Astrophysics. The papers are mainly from Professor J. Allen Hynek's C50 History of Astronomy course and bulk during the period from 1973 through 1976.

Included in this series are six scrapbooks of clippings documenting Northwestern University athletics for the years 1926-1927, 1927-1928, 1928-1929, 1929-1930, 1930-1931, and 1932-1933. The clippings mainly relate to University achievements in major intercollegiate sports including football, basketball, swimming, track, and baseball. Other sports are reflected as well but with less frequency and detail.
